Farmhouse Favorites, Part 3 ('08 Edition).

So I lied, I said I would put up my favorite movies of last year next, but I am not. Right now you get my favorite food spots all over LA. Yeah, it's almost March, deal with it.

Love you...

Best Food in Los Angeles According To Me:

Mexican - La Taquiza. (Their Al Pastor tacos are bar none. For Mexican on the Westside, El Tarrasco by LAX is killer. #14, Flour Tortillas.)

Sushi - Sakura Japanese Restaurant. (If you think you know a better Sushi spot with bigger portions, fresher fish, and cheaper prices, PLEASE let me know.)

Sandwiches - The Original Rinaldi's. (Puts Bay Cities to shame.)

Burgers - The Apple Pan. (The Hickory Burger with Cheddar. Case closed.)

Japanese - Shabu Shabu House. (Next time I go, I am gonna go for 2 Large Plates. It will be done.)

Korean - Madaongsae Korean BBQ. (If you go with someone who speaks Korean, you will eat like a king. It's attached to a butcher shop, so you know the meat is amazing.)

Greek - Mad Greek Restaurant. (I know its not LA, but it's the best I had last year. Maybe the best ever. I've never been to Greece though.)

Soul Food - Aunt Kizzy's Kitchen. (I dare anyone to try and finish their Smothered Pork Chops or Chicken Fried Steak. Pretty much impossible. Their old location was much cooler.)

Chinese - Mao's Kitchen. (Best Pork Lo Mein that's not in Chinatown.)

Pizza - Vinny's Pizza. (A staple for any LMU student; still have to yet to find a place that has a better slice of Cheese.)
