Vosges Chocolate Bars.
Yes, they cost $8, but they are worth it. They make mini bars too for $2.50 if you don't want to splurge. The one I had was the Barcelona Bar. It had milk chocolate, dry roasted almonds, and sea salt. Pretty much amazing. They also make one with bacon, pretty random, but I'd still try it. i obviously haven't had it, but apparently the bacon one tastes like salty chocolate. it was a constant topic of conversation when i was at whole foods.
