Carol City Corrections...

So I watched a video of Rick Ross last week denying he was ever a Florida Department of Corrections officer. Well turns out he was full of shit. Ross, who's real name is William Leonard Roberts was appointed a prison guard in December of '95, according to the personnel record below, which was provided to The Smoking Gun by Jo Ellyn Rackleff, a DoC spokesperson. The rapper's social security number is identical to that of the jail guard too. After graduating from the DoC training academy, Ross was assigned to the South Florida Reception Center in Dade County. Below is his DoC graduation picture when he was 19 years old as well.

This is pretty funny considering how much the dude loves to rap about dealing cocaine. The song Hustlin' however, will never get old. It's such an infectious song, that even if he did make it all up, I would still listen to it. I bet 90% of all rappers do that anyways, but just don't get called out on it like this. Trick Daddy must have gotten tired of seeing him without his shirt on.
