Permission To Come Aboard Captain Stubing?

Chicago Bears bust of a running back, Cedric Benson was arrested this past Saturday in Austin, Texas. Benson allegedly failed a sobriety test while operating a 30-foot boat. He then resisted arrest, was pepper sprayed, and dragged ashore by the officers. Benson stated today, that he wasn't drunk, he never resisted arrest, and is going to fight the charges that were brought up against him. I guess the police officers were Packers fans.
