Drag Me To Hell...
I saw this picture last night on the Government of Guatemala's Flickr page of all places. Pretty random. Apparently a sinkhole appeared last Sunday in an intersection in Ciudad de Guatemala.

Please Sir...
UPDATE: (6/6/10) YouTube took this piece of internet gold down due to the nipple slip. RIP.
Nike's Stanley The Ref Commercials.
In honor of Dennis Hopper, I thought it would be fitting to post his Nike commercials as Stanley, the crazy referee. I don't know the exact date these first started airing, but I do know it was sometime in the early to mid 90's. My Dad and I used to love the Bruce Smith one and would quote it for years to come. I am pretty sure he still has the Nike: Bad Things Man t-shirt I got for him back in the day. Anyways, hope you enjoy the commercials as much as we did.
Bruce Smith... Bad things, man.
Troy Aikman... Took it! Like a man, man.
Barry Sanders... You don't even want to know about Barry Sanders, man.
Sterling Sharpe... Like a freight train, man. Choo choo. Choo choo baby.
Michael Irvin... Does Michael hear the footsteps? Does Michael fear the footsteps?
Hardy Nickerson... Act Casual.
Junior Seau... That's Junior Seau's footprint, man.
Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin... They have ESP, man.

RIP Dennis Hopper.
As most of you know by now actor, filmmaker, and all around badass Dennis Hopper passed away today. Hopper needs no introduction and had been in the movie industry since 1955's Rebel Without A Cause. To be able to have a career that long and successful says something about the man. He will be missed.
My first vivid experience with Hopper was back in 1994 when my Grandpa took me to the movies. He didn't care what we saw, so I had to pick. For some reason, I chose Speed. I don't know why, but I'll never forget it. Maybe it's because I got to see an R Rated movie when I was 11 or maybe it's because I was spending time with someone who actually meant something to me? I honestly don't know why, but I like to think that a certain performance by a deformed mad man named Howard Payne had a little something to do with it. Regardless, when I heard the news today, it definitely brought back that random Saturday afternoon.
Due yourself a favor and check out the following movies if you already haven't: Easy Rider, Apocalypse Now, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, River's Edge, Blue Velvet, Hoosiers, COLORS (Directed), True Romance, and of course Speed. All Dennis Hopper staples.
